Long
Exhale.
By Mara Ellis
01 / YOUR METHOD
You already have a way of teaching breath.
Give it a form people can keep.
An encounter in seven chapters. Yours to shape.
By Mara Ellis
02 / ITS RHYTHM
A first encounter. A little development.
A way to return. Your pace holds it together.
The rhythm ends. The Edition stays with them.
Enough room for a practice
to become their own.
03 / ONE LIVING CARD
One intention. One instruction.
Something to do, and a moment to keep.
Seconds in / seconds out. An authored example, not a breath measurement. Follow only while comfortable; return to your own pace whenever you wish.
Gather gently.
Leave a little more room for the release.
04 / COMPOSE THE EXPERIENCE
Choose the materials your card holds.
The boundaries are part of your authorship.
Light follows the breath. Your participant can always pause.
Choose a recording you have permission to use. It stays on this device.
Room for
your own pace.
05 / THE EDITION
A complete piece of your method,
signed by you. Held together through time.
